Harassment Policy
By booking an appointment with Meredith Whitney LMT you agree to abide by the following policies.
Any client engaging in sexual harassment will face immediate consequences, including but not limited to the termination of their session with payment due in full, a ban from future appointments, and if necessary, legal action.
Inappropriate Comments or Behaviors:
Any unwelcome remarks or gestures of a sexual nature are strictly prohibited. This includes comments about physical appearance, personal life, or any other form of verbal or non-verbal communication that may be deemed offensive.
Explicit Requests:
Requests for services of a sexual nature are strictly forbidden. I am trained and committed to providing a professional and therapeutic experience, and any attempt to deviate from these boundaries is unacceptable.
Cancelation Policy
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total scheduled service cost.
Emergencies and Exceptions:
In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. I will do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies and may waive the cancellation fee at my discretion.
Tardy Policy:
To ensure that all clients receive their full and uninterrupted sessions I ask that if you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appreciate your communication. In the event of tardiness, I will make every effort to accommodate your full session; however, adjustments may be necessary to avoid inconveniencing clients with subsequent appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be subject to a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on my availability.
No Refunds for Terminated Sessions:
In the unfortunate event that a session is terminated early for any reason including but not limited to if a client has poor time management, is sick or engages in sexual harassment, payment will be due in full and there will be no refunds provided.
